一、自理级

One, self-care level

日常生活可以自理或年老体弱患有器质性疾病，症状较轻，能够自由活动、日常生活起居不需要照料帮助者或自己能做日常事务，如：房间整理、个人卫生、饮食方面等。

二、介助级

Two, mediate level

1、介助Ⅲ级（凡符合下例之一者，定为介助Ⅲ级）

（1）年龄在60岁以上，生活起居、饮食需要有护理人员协助者。

2、介助Ⅱ级（凡符合下例之一者，定为介助Ⅱ级）
